Christopher Rowe attended both the Clarion West and Sycamore Hill writing workshops. With Gwenda Bond, he runs a small press, The Fortress of Words, which produces a critically acclaimed magazine, Say... His story "The Voluntary State" was a Hugo, Nebula and Theodore Sturgeon award finalist. Gwenda and Christopher share a house with George Rowe the Dog, Poster Boy for American Values, My Attorney.
